“Vegetarian chorizo” + carrot-ginger stew

I was inspired to invent a kale-based stew when i was hit on tonight in the produce aisle of Whole Foods by a nice young man who gave me the low-down on winter-greens soups.
Heres what i came up with:
Sauté carrots, celery, garlic, dino kale in grapeseed oil + Braags
Add free range chic broth, ginger, spinach, 1/2 Soyrizo link
Stew for 20 mins
Yum!
(can also substitute 1/2 broth w TJ’s Carrot & Ginger Soup)

Ok, did two creative things today:
1) Meditated on the side of Lake Merritt in a bathing suit for 20 mins.

It just so happens I am alive again.
I woke up this morning, and realized I was not, as initially anticipated, dead.
(I had started to get this picture. Maybe my life was over? No, I just needed a new bed).
